A free community event guided by Courtney Freedman-Thompson of Chameleon Coaching to help us relax and unwind.

Event Date:
Jun 04 at 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Hello and welcome to Autistic Revolution’s next Community Event.

If you aren’t familiar with Autistic Revolution yet, it is our free, online magazine created by Autistic and otherwise neurodivergent folks. We also see our magazine as an invitation to community and we are excited to be bringing people together again for this upcoming webinar.

On the table is a yellow mug of tea with steam coming out of it and a pink laptop that is open with letters AR on the screen. There is a green plant in the background. About Courtney and Chameleon Coaching

I’m a certified trauma-informed holistic, somatic & mindfulness coach. I help people reconnect to themselves, recover from burnout, expand their capacity and build their resources so they can feel better and live more in alignment. I work with clients 1:1 and in my new SPARK SOMA & SOUL online group membership, (launching on 23 May chameleoncoaching.co.uk/membership), as well as holding classes, workshops and mini retreats.

What Courtney has to say about the event:

A 60-minute session where we’ll look at some of the myths around self-care and nervous system regulation, and explore some simple ways you can tune into yourself and what you need, build your interoceptive awareness and expand your capacity, through somatic practices, followed by a chance to ask questions. All through a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming bottom-up approach.

Suitable for complete beginners or experienced mind-body participants. No special equipment needed – all practices in this session can be done seated, standing or lying down and options will be provided. Feel free to create a space that feels cosy and comfortable for you, whether that’s lighting a candle, having a big mug of tea, or wearing your PJs, or something else!
