Did you know there’s a fancy word for noticing what’s going on inside our bodies? Interoception is our sense for knowing if we’re hot or cold, hungry or full, tired or energised and even how we’re feeling, like happy, excited, or frustrated. Tuning into our bodies isn’t always easy. And as you might imagine, if tuning in is tricky, then looking after ourselves can be tricky too. The good news is that interoception can be strengthened with practice. We can build skills to help ourselves and support our children too. Come along to this workshop to explore interoception and take away practical tools for self-care.

Event Date:
May 12 at 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

An in-person workshop via Thinking Big, Family Hub
